Lettings

The church premises were redeveloped in 1998 and 1999 to provide a range of modern facilities that serve the church and the local community.

Whilst they are used a fair proportion of the time, they are also available for hiring out at other times. Please contact the Lettings Steward to check availability and make a booking - Richard Wallis. The prices given are a guide for a weekday session of around 3 hours (we do not charge an hourly rate as such) - and are more expensive at weekends.

 

Rooms available:

Harestone Hall - Badminton court sized hall that can seat up to 100 for a meal or 150 in a theatre setting. (£34)

Room 1 - Ground floor room decorated in Noah's Ark design with lino flooring; for around 25 people. (£22)

Room 2 - Ground floor room conventionally decorated and carpeted; for around 25 people. (£22)

Room 3 - First floor room conventionally decorated with coffee point just outside; for up to 15 people. (£22)

Concourse - The meeting area in the entrance that is not hired out separately but can be used for displays etc. (£22)

Kitchen - Situated on the ground floor with access to the Hall and the Concourse. There is a large cooker and an urn. Cutlery and crockery is included in the hire charge. There is a dishwasher and all must be left clean at the end of the hire period. (£10 in addition to other hire charge)

The Church sanctuary is also available for hire (e.g. choir concerts).

All premises must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.

No external bookings are taken for a Sunday. No bookings are taken for Holy Week.
